Stonamart is a marketplace that connects buyers with verified natural-stone partners (quarries, processors, and dealers) across India. We facilitate the introduction, RFQ, and quotation process — we are not a party to, and do not guarantee, any transaction you ultimately agree with a partner.

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Partner accounts are reviewed and approved by our team before going live; we may request supporting documents (e.g. GST registration) as part of that review.
• We may suspend an account that provides false information, is used fraudulently, or violates these terms.

A request for quote (RFQ) is not an order, and a quotation issued through the platform is not a binding sale until both sides confirm it. Pricing, delivery terms, and payment are agreed directly between you and the partner; Stonamart does not currently process payments on the platform.

Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their own product listings, pricing, and stock information. We review new partner registrations, but we don't independently verify every listing detail, and we're not liable for inaccuracies in partner-supplied content.

Don't use the platform to submit false information, scrape or resell listing data without permission, or attempt to bypass account/role restrictions (e.g. accessing partner or admin areas you're not authorized for).

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
