Privacy Policy

Depending on how you use Stonamart, we collect:

• Account details: name, email, phone, and city when you sign up as a customer or register as a partner.
• Business details for partners: company name, GST number, business address, and the identity/registration documents you upload during registration.
• Enquiry and RFQ content: the product, quantity, and specification details you submit when requesting a quote.
• Usage data such as pages viewed and products searched, used only to operate the site (e.g. showing relevant categories) — we do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Your data is used to run your account, connect your enquiries and RFQs with the relevant stone partners, verify partner registrations before they go live, send transactional emails and WhatsApp messages related to your orders or enquiries, and maintain the security of the platform (e.g. detecting suspicious login activity).

We don't sell your data. It's shared only where necessary to operate the service:

• Infrastructure providers that host our database, file storage, and email/WhatsApp delivery.
• The specific partner(s) you send an RFQ or enquiry to, so they can respond with a quote.
• Google, only if you choose to sign in with a Google account.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing support@stonamart.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your account does not remove enquiries or orders already shared with a partner, since they need that record to fulfil the transaction.

Passwords are never stored in plain text. Sessions are protected with secure, HTTP-only cookies. Access to partner and admin areas is role-restricted. No system is perfectly secure, and we review our practices on an ongoing basis.
